     Susan Ellman and Ellen Davis began thier company in 1984, as a cottage industry in their own kitchens.  Quick acceptance and tremendous demand blew them out of their home kitchens into their first location within the year.  What started out as a great party idea quickly grew into a healthy, exciting, palate-pleasing alternative to sending flowers.  Our creations can be found on desks, in hospital rooms or nurses stations, on conference tables or cocktail tables, "Delite"-ing and impressing.

     Word of these delicious arrangements has spread far and wide, causing them to grow.  The company then decided to develop their concept in the franchise market.  In a carefully orchestrated growth plan, a franchise corporation was formed.  The first franchise location opened in September, 1993 in Westville, New Jersey.  Since that time we have blossomed into a multi-franchise organization.

     They have redefined the fruit basket.  Instead of the traditional apples and oranges stacked in a pyramid design, picture a floral bouquet made entirely out of freshly cut fruit.  Interest in thier company has been expressed nationwide and worldwide.  Controlled growth is a primary concern to the owners, to insure the high standards which have become synonymous with the company name.
